Last Sunday, I preached on the parable of the soils (aka the parable of the sower). The mp3 is here.

I continue to be rocked by the fact that Jesus is happy with differing levels of fruitfulness.

The question is “Are you fruitful or not?” Not “How fruitful were you? Do you compare with this other person’s fruitfulness?”

Quantity isn’t even an issue.

I’m finding that very freeing.
