Brewmeister
January 6th, 2007 by Marc A. Pitman
Yep, that’s me. To celebrate my 35th birthday today, I boiled the wort for a coffee stout.
Could you help me with a name?
It’s an Irish Stout (like Guiness) and I used Pura Vida’s Cafe Kilaminjaro for a post-boil flavoring.
Should be ready to drink in early February!!!

Jumping in to the deep end I see! Congrats, man.
Too bad Irish Coffee has been taken…In any event save me a bottle and I’ll trade you when we come up.
I’m bottling my porter this week, but all my old bottles are twist off, so I’m still hitting up friends for enough bottles to put it up.

Love it Marc! What a great use for Cafe Kilimanjaro. Thanks for the Pura Vida shout out! I’ll try to think of a great name.
