The big change over

Maine was offering these babies for just 29 cents at the end of last year. List price was $2.29 per bulb but they paid $2 of it! So we picked up 12 more.

Just did the big change over. Only three more bulbs and we’ll be all compact and energy efficient.

Trying to explain why we did this to my son, I figured out that the 12 bulbs would be more than 700 watts if they were 60 watts each. The 12 new ones are a combined 150 watts but give out the same light.

Incredible, isn’t it?

Score one for the environment. And one for our pocket book!!
