I'm excited about the bitter, as we made that last time around, & it was really yummy. The bottling session was last monday night, & I've now got 15 bottles down cellar fermenting. :) "This is grain, which any fool can eat, but for which the Lord intended a more divine means of consumption. Let us give praise to our maker and glory to his bounty by learning about... BEER!" Luke held a brewing session at the shop(Chutes) a few weeks ago.
