I heard this on NPR this afternoon. It pretty much says it all:

The problem Microsoft has with purchasing Yahoo is that to find out anything about the deal, most of us are going to do a search about it on Google.

So true! One of our best friends is a “muckety muck” at Yahoo! and I can’t remember the last time I went to yahoo.com to find something, I ONLY use Google. But, I do have a yahoo email account that I never use!
