ACTION. That's what's missing. I just put out a bid for doing grant research through Elance.com. This is to help me with my day job. It'll cost me $50 but I'll get more grant research done than I could do personally. And some of the bids are coming in lower. It really is a flat world! You know what Tim would say, right? ACTION.
